Hi guys, Got a weird one: DHCP is not enabled, and I'm using a static IP set as OSD variables at the beginning of the task sequence. The information is set fine, but once my image goes into the mini-setup phase, the adapter gets re-detected and all settings are correctly set except for the IP Address and Subnet Mask - all DNS and WINS info is intact surprisingly. It even has the OSDAdapter0Name that I gave it - LAN. The addresses are set at 0.0.0.0 for a while, then pull a 169, showing that DHCP was somehow re-enabled. This is causing the domain join step to hang and fail. I don't have anything in my sysprep.inf governing the networking components, do I need to explicitly deny DHCP on all of them? Does anyone have a custom sysprep.inf with the same situation - static IP's, no DHCP, that I can check out?
Oh, and once the TS fails the domain join and goes back into the normal OS to continue installing the ConfigMgr client, the IP is back and everything is great.
